Uzbekistan simplifies car and motor vehicles renting

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzbekistan simplified the procedure for renting cars and motor vehicles, the press service of the Ministry of Justice said.

According to the Ministry of Justice, the companies that provide car and motor transport rental services can rent cars and motor vehicles for individuals for 30 days in simple written form. Notarization of the contract is not required.

Corresponding amendments were made to article 565 ("Form of vehicle lease agreement") of the Civil Code of Uzbekistan. Amendments were introduced by law, signed by the president on 26 July, and entered into force on 27 July.
