Uzbekistan Showcases National Pavilion at Major Food Trade Fair Anuga 2025 in Cologne

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — A delegation from the Ministry of Investments, Industry, and Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan participated in one of the world’s largest food trade fairs, Anuga 2025, held in Cologne, Germany.

At the national “Made in Uzbekistan” pavilion, products from more than 25 leading domestic companies in the food and agro-industrial sector were showcased. Exhibitors presented a wide range of processed fruits and vegetables, juices, dried fruits, nuts, and other products that meet European quality standards.

During the exhibition, negotiations were held with over 20 major retail chains, distributors, and agents from Germany, Italy, Hungary, and other EU countries, including Ledo, Dovgan, Delikatess GmbH, Develey GmbH, Bode Naturkost, and Euras Int BVBA – Premium Foods.

Under the leadership of Inomjon Abdurakhmonov, Head of the Department of Foreign Trade at the Ministry, the delegation also met with representatives from organizations such as Open Trade Gate Sweden, BHEPA, Nutrifit Food, Fruit Fusion, and Eurofins to discuss prospects for expanding the export of Uzbek fruit and vegetable products to European markets.
