Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The Defense Industry Agency of Uzbekistan is representing the country at the IDEX-2025 international defense technology exhibition in Abu Dhabi, the Ministry of Defense reported.

IDEX, held biennially, is one of the largest global defense industry platforms, showcasing military equipment, unmanned aerial vehicles, and electronic warfare systems developed by Uzbekistan’s defense-industrial sector. Additionally, the exhibition features dual-use technologies.

At the Uzbekistan pavilion, visitors can see the “Arslon” armored vehicles in 8×8 and 6×6 configurations, along with the “Tufon” self-propelled howitzer, mounted on a truck chassis.

Alongside the equipment showcase, the exhibition includes negotiations with international partners, with expected agreements on military cooperation, innovation, and cybersecurity.
