Uzbekistan Shampani to increase charter capital by 676.228m soums

The Center for coordination and development of securities market registered a prospectus of emission of the company.

In line with the emission, the company will issue 169,057 ordinary shares with nominal value of 4,000 soums each. Total volume of emission will make up 676.228 million soums.

The shares will be placed on open subscription among potential investors. At the same time, current shareholders will have primary right to purchase securities.

Uzbekistan Shampani OJSC, located in Tashkent, was commissioned in 1942. The plant produces Champaign and various types of sparkling wine products, as well as processing of wine materials. The charter capital of the company now makes up 676.228 million soums.
