Norma.uz reported that the resolution set maximum term of issuing work permit to citizens of South Korean citizens in Uzbekistan.
The enterprises, which attract Korean specialists in line with the agreement on temporary activity of citizens in territory of each state between the Governments of Uzbekistan and South Korea, can receive work permit for the term equal with visa terms, but it should not exceed three years.
The document said that the enterprises with foreign can employ Korean citizens. Representative offices, which accredited in Uzbekistan, can also hire Korean citizens. Korean companies, which have their subsidiaries in Uzbekistan, can employ Korean citizens as well.
The resolution said that the visas issued by consular establishments of Uzbekistan for one year and allows Korean citizens leave and arrive in Uzbekistan unlimited times. The visa can be extended to three years.
