Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Government resolution amended the regulation on checkpoints across the State border of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

According to the amendments, a list of paid services provided at automobile checkpoints across the State Border of Uzbekistan has been determined.

The list includes:

Services of mobile operators operating in the territory of Uzbekistan.

Activities for the organization of public catering and sanitary and hygienic services.

Retail sale of goods in duty free shops.

Rent of hand carts for passengers.

Service for the transportation of passengers and their cargo inside the checkpoint

Minor repairs and evacuation of vehicles moving through the checkpoint.

Small carry-on baggage storage.

Carrying out operations with goods (loading, unloading, reloading) carried in vehicles.

Interpreter service.

Service rooms (filling out passenger customs declaration and migration forms, various computer services, fax, Internet).

Taxi call service.

For the provision of paid services, the geographical location of the automobile checkpoint, the type of paid services that can be provided, as well as the area that can be allocated for their provision, the cross-country ability of the checkpoint are taken into account.
