Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzbekistan sent a new batch of humanitarian aid to Afghanistan. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan.
According to the ministry, on 23 December, 63 wagons with humanitarian aid were sent to Mazar-i-Sharif (Balkh province of Afghanistan) through the Ayritom border checkpoint in Termez.
Uzbekistan has sent food, clothing, coal and other products to Afghanistan, the Foreign Ministry said.
It should be recalled that Uzbekistan sent the first batch of humanitarian aid to Afghanistan in September.
