Uzbekistan, Russia discuss cooperation issues

According to the Uzbek Foreign Ministry, the sides discussed actual issues of cooperation between Uzbekistan and Rusisa, including within the CIS and SCO.

The diplomats considered practical aspects of the participation of the delegation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia in next session of the Council of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the CIS in Tashkent, which will be held on 7 April.

The sides also exchanged opinion on the results of the visit of the Special Presidential Envoy for International cultural cooperation of the Russian Federation, Co-Chairman of the Intergovernmental Foundation for Educational, Scientific and Cultural Cooperation (IFESCCO), Mikhail Shvydkoy to Uzbekistan.
