Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - Bilateral negotiations between the management of Uzbekiston Temir Yollari and Stalmost JSC took place in the joint-stock company of Uzbekiston Temir Yщllari JSC.

During the negotiations, the parties discussed issues of cooperation in the manufacture of metal structures for a combined railway and road bridge with a length of 412 meters across the Amudarya River, in the area of the Kipchak village of the Republic of Karakalpakstan.

Following the meeting, the parties signed a contract for the development of structural steel structures (metal detailing structures), manufacturing, supply and installation supervision of metal structures for metal truss superstructures and special auxiliary structures for the project "Construction of a new railway line Shavat-Karauzyak and a combined railway and road bridge across the Amudarya River".

In October, the working group under the leadership of the chief manager - chief engineer of JSC Uzbekiston Temir Yollari Z.E. Makhamatov. visited a number of leading Russian factories profiling metal structures on the market, studied their experience and capabilities.
