Uzbekistan registers share emissions for 1.15 trln soums in 1H

Uzbekistan registered 65 issues of shares for total sum of 1.157 trillion soums in the first half of 2013, the Center for Coordination and Control over functioning of the securities market said.
In the second quarter of 2013, the issues of shares of Agrobank for 94.1 billion soums, Qishloq qurilish bank – 92.3 billion soums and NBU INVESTMENT – 22.1 billion soums.
The volume of emissions of shares, registered in the second quarter of 2013, exceeds the figure of the first quarter of 2013 by 1.4 times (or 190.6 billion soums).
The Center said that as of 1 July 2013, the Single state registrar of emission of securities includes records of 14,777 issues for total sum of 15.3 trillion soums.
As of 1 July 2013, the Central Depository accounts corporate securities for 9.5 trillion soums.
