Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 24 March, the country recorded the largest number of people infected with COVID in 2021 - 138 people. Most of them were identified in Tashkent (111 people).

New cases were recorded:

3 people in Jizzakh region,

2 people in Namangan region,

2 people in Samarkand region,

20 people in Tashkent region,

111 people in Tashkent

Also, 1 patient with coronavirus died, and the number of deaths from the disease reached 624.

In Tashkent, 71 patients were cured, bringing the total number of patients to 80,143 (+98), and the recovery rate was 98%.

Of the 1,049 patients currently undergoing treatment in medical institutions, 191 are in critical condition and 85 are in critical condition.
