Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – On 19 March 2021, Uzbekistan recorded the largest number of people infected with COVID-19 in 2021 - 126 people. Most of them were identified in Tashkent (106 people), according to the Ministry of Health.

As of 19 March 2021, the number of registered coronavirus infections in Uzbekistan reached 81,221 (+126).

1 in Andijan region,

5 people in Bukhara region,

1 in Jizzakh region,

1 in Samarkand region,

1 in Surkhandarya region,

1 in Khorezm region,

10 people in Tashkent region,

106 people in Tashkent

In Tashkent, 62 patients recovered, bringing the total number of patients to 79,708 (+77), and the recovery rate to 98%.

Of the 891 patients currently undergoing treatment in medical institutions, 141 are in severe condition and 23 are in critical condition.
