Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - A vaccine against the Sinovac coronavirus and the drug Favipiravir, used to treat coronavirus patients, were delivered to Uzbekistan from Turkey.
A shipment of medicines was delivered from Istanbul. In total, Uzbekistan received 200,000 doses of Sinovac vaccine and 20,000 boxes of Favipiravir (200mg / 40 tablets).
This batch of vaccines and medicines is sent as a sign of friendship and goodwill from the Turkish side to the Republic of Uzbekistan.
It should be noted that Uzbekistan received 6 vaccines against coronavirus: AstraZeneca, ZF-UZ-VAC2001, Sputnik V, Moderna, Pfizer / BioNTech and Sinovac.
