Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A batch of the first component of the Sputnik V vaccine in the amount of 40,000 doses was delivered to Uzbekistan from Russia tonight. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Health.

It should be noted that on 1 June, 70,000 doses of the Sputnik V vaccine were delivered to Uzbekistan, on 10 June, 70,000 doses of the second component were delivered.

Thus, the stock of Sputnik V vaccine in Uzbekistan has reached 280,000 doses. An additional 40,000 doses of component 2 vaccine are expected to be delivered in the coming days.
