This rating was published by the Canadian company Arton Capital. The distribution of countries in the rating is based on how many citizens can enter the country without a visa (either by obtaining a visa on arrival or by issuing an e-visa).

Uzbekistan has become the most hospitable country among the countries of Central Asia. The Canadian company notes that citizens of 139 countries can visit Uzbekistan without visas.
