Uzbekistan produces 7.7 billion cubic meters of gas in January-February

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzbekistan continues to reduce natural gas production. In January-February, the country produced 7.7 billion cubic meters of gas, which is 5.58% lower than in the same period in 2023, according to the date from the Statistics Agency.

In January-February 2024, Uzbekistan produced 118.5 thousand tons of oil, which is 6.92% less than in the same period in 2023.

The volume of gas condensate production increased by 2.58% and amounted to 214.7 thousand tons.

Enterprises of Uzbekistan reduced coal production by 3.38% in January-February compared to the same period in 2023, reaching 659 thousand tons.
