Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — In the first quarter of 2025, Uzbekistan produced 564,100 tons of livestock meat, according to preliminary data from the National Statistics Committee.

The total output of agriculture, forestry, and fisheries during January–March 2025 amounted to 52.7 trillion soums, marking a 3.8% increase compared to the same period in 2024.

Production volumes across all types of farms during this period included:

Meat (live weight): 564,100 tons

Milk: 2 million tons

Eggs: 1.5 billion units

Vegetables: 79,000 tons
