Uzbekistan produces 5.1 million tonnes of milk in Jan-Jun

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- In January-June 2021, the milk yield in Uzbekistan made up 5.1 million tonnes, the State Committee on Statistics said in a statement.

Milk production by region:

Samarkand – 656,700 tonnes

Khorezm – 556,700 tonnes

Kashkadarya – 542,000 tonnes

Ferghana – 484,600 tonnes

Tashkent – 468,700 tonnes

Bukhara – 463,100 tonnes

Surkhandarya – 425,500 tonnes

Andijan – 341,500 tonnes

Namangan – 318,500 tonnes

Jizzakh – 285,100 tonnes

Navoi – 221,400 tonnes

Syrdarya - 168.4 thousand tonnes

Karakalpakstan - 132.2 thousand tonnes
