Uzbekistan plans to build two comprehensive schools in the Kyrgyz Republic

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The relevant Committee of Kyrgyz parliament considered the draft law “On approval of the report on the execution of the republican budget of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2020”. The Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic informed about it.

The Committee considered the draft Agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the construction of secondary schools in the Kyrgyz Republic. 

Based on the agreement, Uzbekistan plans to build two schools in the Samarkandek village of Batken region and the Margun village of Leilek region. 

The schools will be designed for 330 places and will be transferred to the ownership of Kyrgyzstan. In this regard, plots will be allocated in the village of Margun (0.30 ha) and the village of Samarkandek (0.75 ha).
