Uzbekistan plans to adopt law “On recruiting activities”

Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan published a draft law for discussion.

The draft law is directed at regulating activities of private recruiting agencies, rendering services on selection of personal, as well as assisting persons, searching for jobs.

The document noted that the private agencies will be able to render services related to employment of people abroad. But they will have to obtain the license.

The draft law sets main directions of activities, rights and obligation of recruiting organizations, as well as other members of labour market.

According to the draft law, the state bodies will conduct state control and supervision over activities of the private agencies.
