Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzbekistan is not considering returning to the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO), the press secretary of the President Sherzod Asadov announced this at a briefing.
At the same time, Asadov noted that Uzbekistan did not receive an invitation to join the organization from the CSTO members.
Uzbekistan left the CSTO in 2012.
The Collective Security Treaty Organization is a military-political alliance created on the basis of a treaty signed on 15 May 1992.
