Uzbekistan Launches Training Program for KIA Auto Specialists in Korea
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The leadership of the Korean company KIA Auto visited Uzbekistan’s Migration Agency as part of ongoing efforts to implement the agreements reached in Seoul in September.
Under the project, special training workshops will open in Uzbekistan at the beginning of 2026, where participants will undergo a three-month training program based on KIA Auto standards.
The program includes studying the Korean language and culture, safety procedures, and practical vehicle maintenance using Korean methodologies.
Participants who successfully complete the course will be eligible for employment in Korea under the E-7 visa for skilled workers.
This project marks the first initiative to attract specialists from Uzbekistan and aims to enhance technical skills and foster long-term cooperation in the automotive industry.
