Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan survey 49 areas of the border

Working groups of the Government delegations of Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan on issues of delimitation and demarcation of the Uzbek-Kyrgyz state borders held meetings from 22 to 31 October 2016.
According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan, the meetings were held in Batken and Osh cities of Uzbekistan.
The sides held joint field survey of 49 areas of the state borders between Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan, the statement said.
The protocol of the meetings were signed. Next meeting of the group will be held in Uzbekistan.
