Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan agree to continue work on solving border issues

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Deputy Prime Minister Adham Ikramov and Kyrgyz Deputy Prime Minister Jenish Razakov held a working meeting in Osh city on 17 January.

The delegations of Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan discussed issues of delimitation and demarcation of the Kyrgyz-Uzbek border.

The parties expressed their opinion on the need for rapid coordination of positions of two states on the remaining unspecified areas of the border.

Representatives of the two countries agreed to continue joint work on delimitation and demarcation of borders.
