Uzbekistan, Korea Eximbank Discuss Vocational Education Upgrade
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Uzbekistan’s Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, Konratbay Sharipov, held talks with Sangjing Kang, head of the Tashkent representative office of the Export-Import Bank of Korea (Eximbank), to discuss the current status and future prospects of bilateral cooperation.
The discussions focused on the implementation of a joint project aimed at modernizing vocational education institutions, with particular attention given to accelerating its practical phase.
Both sides reviewed measures to strengthen the material and technical base of educational institutions, equip them with modern technologies, and expand digital infrastructure.
They also discussed the introduction of advanced educational solutions, including the establishment of digital laboratories, the development of interactive learning environments, the upgrading of teachers’ qualifications, and the creation of modern учебные materials.
Participants exchanged views on the progress of the project, preparatory activities, and results achieved at the organizational stage. Special emphasis was placed on ensuring the timely implementation of all planned measures.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the parties agreed to further strengthen cooperation, enhance coordination, and ensure the effective implementation of the project.
