Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Embassy of Uzbekistan in Japan held virtual talks with the Allm Inc. company’s representatives.
The parties discussed the implementation of the telemedicine project in Uzbekistan.
The Allm Inc. intends to carry out a pilot project in Uzbekistan to introduce a digital platform in the form of a specially developed mobile application, through which it will be possible to get advice from neurologists, cardiologists, infectious disease specialists, oncologists and others. In particular, the app has proven to be effective in treating coronavirus patients.
The platform is already used in 21 countries of the world. Thus, it is approved for use in the United States, Japan, EU, Brazil, and is at the stage of approval in China and Thailand. It is supported by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications of Japan within the framework of the UN Sustainable Development Goals program.
The parties also considered the practical aspects of the implementation of this project in Uzbekistan and the organization of the trip of Japanese specialists to Uzbekistan as the epidemiological situation stabilizes.
