Uzbekistan, Japan discuss development of bilateral ties

The sides exchanged views on priority areas of bilateral relations development, the implementation of agreements, reached during the official visit of Prime Minister of Japan Shinzo Abe to Uzbekistan and negotiations with the President of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov on 24-26 October 2015, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan said.

During the conversation practical aspects the Uzbek-Japanese activities, planned for the current year, including the timing of visits at various levels, meetings of joint cooperation of institutions, projects of bilateral documents, aimed at strengthening of the interaction, were also discussed.
