Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – Ministries, departments, state enterprises and other organizations in Uzbekistan are prohibited from holding various corporate holidays. The corresponding decision was adopted by the special commission.

Ministries, departments, state-owned enterprises and other organizations are recommended to direct the funds saved from corporate holidays to education, healthcare, orphanages and other social spheres.

Restrictions do not apply to holding festive events in restaurants, cafes and other catering establishments of no more than 30 people in strict observance of sanitary and hygienic and quarantine requirements, the statement of the commission said.
