Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzbekistan intends to join EAEU climate, digitalization and logistics projects. Prime Minister Abdulla Aripov stated this at an expanded meeting of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council, held in Nur-Sultan. It is reported by Sputnik Uzbekistan.

“I ask dear colleagues to approve the participation of Uzbekistan in such initiatives as the development of electronic commerce, the digitalization of rail freight, the Eurasian Express logistics project and cooperation on the climate agenda, considered at today’s meeting,” Aripov said.

Earlier, the President of Uzbekistan took the initiative to expand the possibility of participation of observer countries in the bodies of the Eurasian Economic Commission, and also proposed more active involvement of observer states in the implementation of important business initiatives and programs in the Eurasian space
