Uzbekistan increases car production by 25.96% in January

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzbekistan produced 22,000 cars in January 2020, which is 25.96% higher compared to the same period in 2019.

According to the State Statistics Committee of Uzbekistan, the production of trucks decreased by 25.89% in the reporting period to 272 units.

In January 2020, 5,962 Nexia cars were produced in the automotive industry (the growth rate compared to the same period in 2019 was 29.0%), 5,078 - Cobalt (47.4%), 4,340 - Gentra (55.0%), 3,989 - Damas (35.2%), 2,320 - Spark (48.7%) and 7,288 - Labo (47.8%).

In January 2020, 19,800 units were produced in the republic. automobile engines (growth - by 20.7% compared to the corresponding period of 2019).
