Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — In January 2025, Uzbekistan imported electricity worth US$21.4 million, according to data from the Statistics Agency.
Compared to the same period in 2024, the volume of electricity purchases from abroad increased by 29.1%.
At the same time, electricity exports amounted to US$17.5 million.
