Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- In January-February 2022, Uzbekistan imported 5,948 cars from 18 foreign countries in the amount of $124.5 million.

According to the State Statistics Committee of Uzbekistan, the import of passenger cars increased by 4,873 units, or almost 6 times, compared to the corresponding period of last year.

Uzbekistan imported 2,911 cars in February. For 2 months, 228 electric vehicles were imported to Uzbekistan.
