Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- In January-March 2022, 3,300 tons of oranges worth US$2.1 million were imported to Uzbekistan from abroad.

According to the Uzbek State Statistics Committee of Uzbekistan, imports of oranges increased by 1,400 tons compared to the corresponding period of last year.

Countries from which Uzbekistan imported the most oranges in January-March 2022:

Iran - 1.4 thousand tons

Turkey - 1.1 thousand tons

Egypt - 684.4 tons

Kazakhstan - 82 tons

South Africa - 56 tons

Russia - 7.6 tons
