Uzbekistan, Georgia hold political consultations

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Next round of Uzbek-Georgian political consultations with participation of the delegation of the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan and Georgia was held in Tbilisi on 3-4 November 2015, the press service of the foreign-policy body of Uzbekistan said.

The sides considered current state and perspective directions of deepening inter-governmental relations in political-diplomatic, trade-economic, cultural-humanitarian spheres and exchanged opinion on actual international and regional issues.

Within preparation for the upcoming contacts at different levels, an inventory of the legal framework of cooperation was conducted. The sides also reviewed the progress of work on draft bilateral agreements and other documents.
