Uzbekistan flies to Australia
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Uzbekistan national football team headed to Australia to attend the AFC Asian Cup on 2 January, the Uzbekistan Football Federation said.
According to the Federation, Uzbekistan flied to Dubai on 2 January. The delegation of Uzbekistan will head to Australia on 3 January 2015.
Uzbekistan will play in Group B of the AFC Asian Cup along with North Korea, China and Saudi Arabia.
Uzbekistan will kick off its campaign on 10 January. North Korea will be the first opponents of the Uzbek side.
