Uzbekistan exports shoes for US$44.6 million in 2022

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- In January-December 2022, Uzbekistan exported 28.36 million pairs of shoes worth US$44.6 million abroad, the Statistical Agency said.

In 2022, footwear exports increased by US$7.0 million (+18.7%) compared to the corresponding period in 2021.

Countries to which Uzbekistan exported the most shoes in January - December 2022:

Kyrgyz Republic – 11.9 million pairs

Kazakhstan – 7.8 million pairs

Tajikistan – 6.99 million pairs

Afghanistan – 608,300 pairs

Russia – 547,400 pairs

Other countries – 516,700 pairs
