Uzbekistan exports plums worth US$26.5 million in 2024
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — From January to December 2024, Uzbekistan exported 33,000 tons of plums worth US$26.5 million, according to the Statistics Agency.
The main importing countries of Uzbek plums were Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Belarus.
According to the agency, Russia was the largest market, receiving 20,712 tons of plums.
Kazakhstan followed with an import volume of 10,623 tons of plums. Kyrgyzstan imported 1,486 tons, and Belarus 176.6 tons.
The remaining 25.1 tons of plums were exported to other countries.
