Uzbekistan exports over 53 thousand tons of dried grapes in 2024

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — According to the Statistics Agency, in 2024, Uzbekistan exported 53,500 tons of dried grapes worth a total of US$79.5 million. This reflects strong demand for Uzbek products in international markets and reinforces the country’s position as one of the largest producers and exporters of dried grapes.

The largest amount of dried grapes was sent to China — 8,649 tons, followed by Turkey with 8,532 tons. Kazakhstan and Russia were also among the leading partners, with supplies of 7,147 tons and 3,753 tons, respectively. The United Arab Emirates received 3,492 tons, while the remaining 21,925 tons were shipped to other countries.

This growth in exports confirms the increasing global appreciation for Uzbek grapes, valued for their quality and unique flavor characteristics.

In 2025, this trend is expected to continue, with further market expansion and an increase in production volumes.
