Uzbekistan exports mung bean for US$78 million in 11 months

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- According to preliminary data from the State Statistics Committee, in January-November 2022, Uzbekistan exported 102,800 tons of mung bean to 26 countries in the amount of US$78.4 million.

The volume of mung bean exports is 5,500 tons more compared to the corresponding period in 2021.

Countries to which Uzbekistan exports the most mung bean:

China – 88,600 tons

Kazakhstan – 7,700 tons

Iran – 1,600 tons

Tajikistan – 1,100 tons

Regions that exported the most mung beans abroad in 11 months of 2022:

Tashkent region – 38,700 tons

Namangan region – 18,500 tons

Jizzakh region – 16,000 tons

Samarkand region – 11,200 tons
