Uzbekistan exports carpets to 9 countries

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- According to preliminary data, in January-February 2023, Uzbekistan exported carpets to 9 foreign countries in the amount of US$9.3 million, the Statistical Agency said.

The export volume of carpets increased by US$5.1 million compared to the corresponding period in 2022.

The main countries to which Uzbekistan exports the most carpets (in US dollars):

Kyrgyz Republic - 6.2 million

Tajikistan – 935,000

Azerbaijan – 796,000

Russia – 676,000

Afghanistan – 299,000

Kazakhstan – 268,000
