Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - According to preliminary data from the State Statistics Committee, Uzbekistan exported 27,600 tonnes of cherries in January-May 2021 in the amount of US$43.4 million.
This is 4,300 tonnes more than in the same period in 2020.
Countries that Uzbekistan exported the most cherries in January - May 2021:
Kazakhstan – 13,800 tonnes
Russia – 8,600 tonnes
Kyrgyzstan – 4,700 tonnes
Ukraine - 212.3 tonnes
Belarus - 142.2 tonnes
Poland - 67.0 tonnes
For information, in January - May 2021, Uzbekistan exported cherries to 14 foreign countries.
