Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — According to data from the Statistics Agency under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, between January and May 2025, the country exported 29.8 thousand tons of mung beans, generating revenue of USD 25.8 million.

As in previous years, the bulk of exports went to China, which purchased 25.4 thousand tons of the product. Kazakhstan ranked second with 1.4 thousand tons, followed by Afghanistan (690 tons), the Netherlands (670 tons), and Russia (373 tons).

Other countries collectively imported 1.2 thousand tons of Uzbek mung beans.
