Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - A special republican commission has expanded the list of people vaccinated against coronavirus infection in connection with the current epidemiological situation in Uzbekistan. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Health.
The commission decided to start voluntary vaccination against coronavirus of citizens over 18 years old in the Samarkand and Tashkent regions, as well as, based on the possibilities, in other regions.
Students over 18 years of age studying in bachelor’s, master’s and clinical residency in all state and non-state universities of the country will be able to get a free vaccine.
Grafted university students, regardless of their organizational and legal form, will be provided with a one-time discount of 10% of the basic contract fee for the 2021/2022 academic year.
