Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Uzbekistan has established a partnership with the GANS training center (UAE) for the training of air traffic controllers, the press service of the country’s Ministry of Transport reported.

GANS is a leading educational institution specializing in aeronautical navigation and air traffic management training. The center offers a high level of professional education, utilizing advanced technologies and innovative methodologies.

As part of expanding international cooperation, a delegation from the "Uzaeronavigation" Center visited the GANS training facility in Abu Dhabi. The Uzbek representatives closely examined the organization of the training process, modern air traffic controller training methods, and the technologies used.

Particular attention was given to the 3D air traffic control tower simulator, which enables real-time modeling of various air traffic management scenarios. This innovative tool plays a key role in training and enhancing the qualifications of air traffic controllers.

Following the visit, the parties signed a memorandum of cooperation and an agreement aimed at further developing bilateral collaboration.
