Uzbekistan directs US$100m to provide water to population
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Uzbekistan directed US$100 million to provide clean drinking water to population in 2016, President-elect of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev said at the solemn ceremony dedicated to the 24th anniversary of Constitution.
“With an aim to provide the rural residential areas with potable water and modernize the water pipelines in the district and towns, US$100 million were attracted with participation of foreign investments,” he said.
