Uzbekistan develops draft law “On investment and mutual funds”
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Committee of the Legislative Chamber of Oliy Majlis of Uzbekistan on budget and economic reforms in cooperation with the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan for privatization, demonopolization and development of competition held a session to discuss draft law “On investment and mutual funds”.
The draft law determines principles of organization of investment and mutual funds, their rights and liabilities, norms for controlling their activities, etc.
The document is aimed at regulating investment relations and will play important role in gradual reforming in economic and public-political spheres.
The participants shared their recommendations and proposals on further improving the draft law.
