Uzbekistan develops draft law “On international agreements”

The document was developed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan and published at the system for discussion of normative-legal acts of Uzbekistan.

The document is directed at determining order of signing, executing, suspending and abolishing international agreements by Uzbekistan, as well as monitoring of their execution.

The document said that the government of Uzbekistan possess right to sign international agreements.

Uzbekistan can sign inter-state, inter-governmental and inter-departmental documents.

The document regulates issues of preparing and signing of international documents. It also includes clauses on abolishing, suspending, executing and monitoring of the documents.
