Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — In 2025, Uzbekistan commissioned 69,100 new apartments. According to the National Statistics Committee, this represents an increase of 2,400 units compared to 2024.

The largest volume of new housing was recorded in Namangan Region, where 10,800 apartments were completed. Other leading regions included Tashkent Region with 6,700 apartments and Surkhandarya Region with 6,100 units.

Fergana and Khorezm regions, along with the city of Tashkent, each reported 5,900 apartments. Bukhara Region saw 5,600 units, Andijan Region 4,800, and the Republic of Karakalpakstan 4,600.

In Kashkadarya Region, 4,100 apartments were commissioned, and in Samarkand Region 3,500. Jizzakh and Navoiy regions each completed 2,000 apartments. The lowest figure was recorded in Syrdarya Region, with 600 units.
