Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – A ceremony of signing an agreement on cooperation in the production of a recombinant vaccine against COVID-19 between the Chinese biopharmaceutical company Anhui Zhifei Longcom Biopharmaceutical Co., Ltd and the Uzbek company Jurabek Laboratories JV LLC was held.

The ceremony was chaired by the Office of Foreign Affairs of the People’s Government of Prov. Anhui / East China /.

Speaking at the ceremony, Yong Chenghan, head of the Foreign Affairs Office of the People’s Government of the aforementioned province, expressed the hope that, taking this opportunity, Anhui province will be able to deepen cooperation and exchanges with Uzbekistan in other areas.

During the event, an agreement was signed on the procurement and supply of a recombinant vaccine against COVID-19 by representatives of the above two companies.
