Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - On 26 February 2020, Ambassador Dilyor Khakimov officially handed over to the newly appointed representative of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan in the Netherlands, Boy Frank, a document signed by the chairman of the CCI Adham Ikramov on the authority to represent and promote the interests of our country.
Boy Frank is a career diplomat. He worked in various positions in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands and diplomatic missions of this country and he is Chairman of the Commission on International Relations and Foreign Press of The Hague Press Club Newport. He is a respected entrepreneur and political figure in the Netherlands.
As noted during the meeting, the priority tasks of the Boy Frank will include:
- Promotion of trade, economic, investment, tourism and business potential of Uzbekistan in the Netherlands;
- Attracting leading Dutch companies to implement promising investment projects in our country.
In this regard, the parties agreed on a number of steps for the near future. In particular, carrying out active information work, organizing visits of business circles in the format “Uzbekistan - Netherlands”.
